Unofficial Platinum Experience

Terms of use

Last updated 25 October 2026

This site is run by Koo Haoming, an individual in Singapore. By using it you agree to these terms.

Unofficial

This is a fan site. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by American Express. "American Express", "Amex" and "Platinum" belong to their owners. So do the restaurant, hotel and programme names.

Check before you rely on it

Benefit, venue and availability details are collected from public sources on a schedule. They can be out of date or wrong. Amex's own terms and the Amex Experiences App decide what you get. Ratings come from Google Maps and Tabelog.

Alerts are not bookings

An alert means a check saw a matching slot. It does not hold a table. Slots can be gone by the time you look, and alerts can arrive late or not at all.

Fair use

Do not sign up other people without asking them. Do not flood the form, the bot or the service with automated requests. Misuse gets blocked.

No guarantees

The service is free and provided as-is. It may change or stop at any time. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for losses from using it. Singapore law applies.
